How will I know if I was selected for an interview?
If you are selected for an interview, a member of the recruiting team will reach out to you. Unfortunately, given the volume of applicants, we are not able to inform applicants that are not selected for an initial interview.
What does the interview process look like?
Interviewing with Piper Sandler typically includes one or two phone interviews, followed by one or two final interviews where you will meet with multiple members of the team.
When will I hear back after an interview?
After all interviews, either phone or in person, we aim to have a hiring decision for you as soon as possible, and generally try to give you an update within two weeks.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for interviews with Piper Sandler is generally business professional.
What is the format of the interviews?
At Piper Sandler, we feel that one’s past performance is often a great indicator of how one would react if presented with a similar situation. In each interview, we will be looking to see how your past experiences would align with our values and culture, this is a form of behavioral based interviewing. Depending on which position you are interviewing for, the interview may also consist of a group of technical questions.
